If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for your product within 30 days from the purchase date.
There are only a few exceptions to this which are listed below. Conditions with returns will vary depending on the order situation.
You may receive a refund or replacement (same item only) for any item that you purchased directly from mybirds store which is damaged,
defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations. We can only exchange your order for the same item.
Please take some time to read through our return policy and reach out to us to get an RMA number.
14-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Fourteen days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available on Computers, Monitors, Printers,
Notebook Computers, Projectors, Camcorders, Computer Accessories, Memory cards, USB Memories, MP3 Players,
MP3 Player Accessories, Bluetooth Headsets, Headphones, Earphones, and Digital Cameras.
30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
Thirty days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
Some products have a Lifetime Warranty. If your product has a Lifetime Warranty, you must contact us at email@example.com for instructions to claim it.
No matter what happens, we will cover the product cost; all you have to do is pay for shipping & handling.
The following items are not returnable:
Non-defective Bluetooth Headsets, Headphones, and Earphones are due to ensuring good health and cleanliness (hygiene).
Items that are abused.
Opened computer software, movies, music, and video games.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Purchases made outside of mybirds.com are not subject to these policies.
RESTOCKING FEE AND RMA NUMBER
Must include a valid original purchase order number from mybirds.com. Purchases made outside ofmybirds.com must contact the respective seller for returns.
Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
The customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
